The heart connector

Movement exercise

    1. Bring your hands in front of you and join the tips of the middle fingers together, i.e. the longest fingers.
    2. Fold the index, ring fingers and little fingers together in your hands and allow their knuckles to touch each other.
    3. Allow the tip of the thumbs to touch each other and bring them downwards.
    4. Look at your index fingers and thumbs as they make a heart.
    5. The middle fingers are pointing upwards.
    6. Make a firm intention that you choose for yourself, using the 3 Ps.
    7. Bring this little heart toward your heart, the tip of your thumbs resting on your chest, then close your eyes and rest there.
    8. Feel at peace!
