Movement Exercise

    1. Stand tall with your feet together in a relaxed and balanced pose.
    2. Take a few deep breaths.
    3. Bring your hands to the Namaste position at your center.
    4. Start by lifting one leg, bending the knee, and placing your foot on the side of the calf of your other leg. Then with practice, gradually place your bent leg higher up so that your foot reaches the knee.
    5. Focus on your breathing and remaining still as your mind and body relax.
